Choose an Oil

Get Roasting

The different types of vegetables can be roasted from the same pan. 2 tablespoons organic extra-virgin olive oil, divided
2 cups carrots, diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Cilantro or scallions, for garnish (optional)


1. Heat oven to 425F. Toss carrots with 1 tablespoon organic olive oil as well as put on baking sheet. Roast for Fifteen to twenty minutes until edges learn to brown.
